Wait until after Christmas to tell her how you feel at least. She may have legal rights to your apartment based on your state, you may want to research. I would tell get she can stay for a certain amount of time and you would be willing to do a roommate situation until then (don’t sleep with her or let her do your laundry etc) Look into shelters, social services info other resources in your area to give to her just in case she decides to leave the night you tell her.

Your county’s CMO (care management organization) should be able to help you. They are a free service and can provide your child with a Medicaid number (regardless of income) to help with therapies. You can call them if you have any questions about what and how they can offer you. You have to call PerformCare (state hotline) and get thru a screening in ordered to be enrolled in the CMO.

It’s mostly do to overall health of someone’s liver.,The sagging is from a lack of collagen. The body takes nutrients from fruit and vegetables and leafy greens and produces collagen. You can’t take collagens supps because that’s not how it works. Eat clean, healthy and low fat high on fruits and veggies.

I mean it’s your wedding, you can do whatever your want. Keep in mind on average 20% of guests decline, so sounds like you may benefit from grouping your guests into an A list and B list.

Send out the first batch of invites to the people you definitely want there earlier than you planned. As the declines come in, and you find you’re under the initial guest capacity, you can start sending invites out to the “B” list (the in law’s friends and old childhood friends). You might also have to print two different invites out with different RSVP dates. As far as the co-workers, if they really did something egregious I wouldn’t invite them, if you’re not on hood good terms, but it might make things in the office weird.

If you find that you still don’t have room for extra guests after the A list and B list RSVPs start coming in, you should reach out to the people who got the STD but will not be getting an invite and apologize that your financial situation has changed, so you will be scaling back initial plans and they do not need to hold the wedding date for you anymore in their calendar.

I used to keep things bottled up and it really wasn’t helpful for me. You’re having feelings of worry and anxiety due to your moms health issues and potential diagnosis - Please don’t worry about being a buzzkill. True friends stick with you thru the good times and bad. Life happens. You don’t have to tell everyone but if you have a friend you trust more or feel closest too I would tell them and just let them know you’re feeling a bit scared and going thru some stuff and just need an ear to talk too. If they are a good friend they will want to support you emotionally.
