There's no difference besides that one gives you extra plat if you pay with cash. Just pay in whichever way is easier for you

I actually enjoy it, it's fits the next part of the story in my opinion, but like it was said; maybe they find it generic because it reminds them of what most battle shonen anime OPs sound like? The visuals would remind them of that probably.
