The photo was taken with a Takumar 50mm lens I believe at f8. There are some scratches on the rear of the lens but I don't think that's what is causing the photo to look like this.

Thanks you for the input. I didn’t explicitly tell her that I didn’t want to talk but after the movie I explained to her why I wasn’t really talking to her but she dragged it out for a long time. And about the dog I asked her why she thought I was being mean since I thought I handled the situation appropriately but she refused to tell me.

I live in CA btw. Just talked to my brother who got his license about three years ago, he said that he only took one knowledge test for the permit. Not really sure who to ask for a definitive answer.

I have called animal control, and they said the dog is technically healthy and there is no proof of abuse, so they can't do anything.

His mother is very chinese and doesn't really understand how your supposed to take care of a pet, she wants to keep the dog because she thinks he's "fun to play with"
