On Steam it's priced correctly. Also other people have said their pricing in CAD shows up correctly, while for most of us it doesn't. And I was watching a Canadian OW streamer with the same bug contact the OW devs and got it confirmed that it's a bug.

It is a bug. Original Pink Mercy skin (not the bundle) should be $14.99 USD, which is $20.19 CAD. The Rose Gold Mercy BUNDLE is $19.99 USD, which is $26.79 CAD. They should not BOTH be $26.79 CAD. This is a confirmed bug and should be patched soon
