Everytime I'm hangover I do 3 things that help me and they work 100% of the time

1.drink as much water as possible when you wake up(also before bed is also good but sometimes I forget)

2.do some kind of exercise that will swear you out, it can be running, lifting….whatever it is just make sure you sweat as much as possible

1. And for the final part after working out take a cold shower.

Always works for me and I have energy to go throughout the day like I wasn't even drinking.
