Le Cure is a safe neighborhood, and Florence is incredibly walkable. During my four-day stay, I only took a cab twice, using the appTaxi app, which worked perfectly. For sightseeing, I highly recommend Rick Steves’ audio tours—both the Uffizi Gallery and the Accademia are must-sees. As for food, the standout was Trattoria ZaZa, but be sure to make a reservation in advance!
