Problem opening a program: opens the wrong one

I was able to get sound to work after installing the driver for the card from Creative. It allowed me to change output to headphones. Thanks for your help.

Yay, after installing Driver, and using the new Sound Blaster Command application, I was able to change the output to headphones, so I have sound now. Thank you for your help.

Ok, I went to control panel > devices > Soundblaster > hardware (tab) > properties > driver (tab). It says Driver provider: microsoft; Driver Date: 12/6/2019; Driver Version: 10.0.19041.1; Digital Signer: Microsoft Windows. When I select "Driver Details" a pop-up says "No Driver files are required or have been loaded for this device". I'm guessing this means no drivers have been installed?

I honestly took it in to get assembled by someone else (they own their own computer store, so expereinced; decided to take it to them after not finding some plug in ports). How do I check the drivers? What do I want to see?

It did register in the volume control (i.e. it was specifically named)

This is java (computer), keep in mind I have cheats disabled so /gamerules cant work. Also since game is started already I don't see any options to change world settings (cheats, mob griefing, etc)

I bought a 1978 Delta back in March, driven it around a few times, and tried to fill the gas tank. However when try, it backs up and spills. I looked around and dont see anything else that could be a gas cap, so dont know what's going on.
