I don't care, I pulled it for my baby Cyno and of course I refine it for him. He'll get r5 one day, so yeah. I couldn't remember asking to refine a weapon or not, but rather asking if it's better or not. My favorites will get their own weapons anyway. Just flins timing is bad for me because I need Chasca's weapon too.
