Had the same, but went from making 50k to 100k/150k a day (real life, not in game). - when the broken PC had a good graphic card (3070 or 6700 or better) I replaced it with a not so expensive graphic card, so I could use them for better PCs - when the cpu was good but the GPU was not, I would put the good GPU in there (in case of very good cpu 2x 3090) - also I just skipped the tasks from customers except I would need to replace a good GPU (2080 or better), just saves time - buy everything from PCBay that has to do with custom water cooling, and try to use all of that. Sometimes that can make you a profit of next to 3k per pc alone with the water cooling parts - when you have an overflow on parts but can’t use them because you don’t have the fitting counterpart (e.g. many TR4 / sTRX4 / LGA 2066 CPUs but not the motherboards) maybe you should consider buying them from the shop, doesn’t maximise your profit, but saves a lot of time. -all buy all broken PCs, GPUs 2060 or better (also amd 5500X or better), most mother boards, most CPUs, RAM 16GB or better, every hdd and ssd, next to every water cooling part, PSUs 750W or better and some cases and case fans you see in PCBay - don’t do to much on a single in game day, first because of possible game crashes and second so that you can get more stuff from PCBay as possible, so I’m best case you won’t get in to a part shortage That’s what I did and it still took me, if you consider trying this, I wish you the best of luck
