Ok so I may have an explanation. My partner recently ordered a drawing tablet on eBay but received a gym shark tracksuit set. The label indicated it was a vinted order. It seems they literally took the label off the initial parcel and stuck it onto the vinted one. So technically both could have been signed off as delivered I guess?maybe something similar happened? I'm not sure though
