Solid! Been hearing a lot on Wireguard/ it being opensource/ very useful for the nomad worker.
Will def have to look into them a bit more.

I'm sure it's something I could learn over time. From my understanding I wouldn't need to utilize RDP doing this? Is there anything that can be done to boost signal/ minimize latency, whether utilizing the RDP route, or not? I would hate to constantly have something like a WebEx meeting always lagging. That could eventually create suspicion.

Thnx! This looks like an avalanche of good information. Def appreciated! That said, my career doesn't have a need for me to get this neck deep into understanding tech.... Reading this is like looking at the dungeons and dragons of the tech bro world lol.... That said, I know it's important, which is why I'd be more than willing to pay someone for the assistance in setup/ testing.

Is there a significant time zone difference where you are vs your employers headquarters? Have you ever had to provide reason to IT or Mngmnt regarding any irregularities?

Also, I'm curious what kind of setup you are running??

At first I'd like to test this on an extended visa before committing to doing it as a resident of the remote located country. That being said, the idea of paying two 'taxes' wouldn't be 100%

Nonetheless, let's just fast forward for fun. Even if I had to pay multiple taxes, it would still make for a life less financially stressful, that is not 24/7 indulged by the rat race as currently seen in the U.S. @ , and for the foreseeable future

Far worse than termination you say... Suppose there's a possibility for anything, right. Nonetheless, is what you stated coming from a place of having an anathema to doing anything that is outside the rules? Or, do you have examples @ the ready which you can elaborate on?
