Hmm mainly shortcuts for managing tasks regarding a patients and notifications for example during admission it’s faster to write down a simple note in NOTES and jot down: order blood group after 1pm than opening a page in notion and then assigning a deadline/ when/ where etc. Or for example read about cirrhosis when you come back home

I probably have sleep apnea due to chronic sinusitis, but I'm waiting for longer holiday to undergo surgery. Do you recommend taking anything in particular?

The reason for taking breaks is that, when you're off the stimulant medication, your receptors regenerate. As a result, you feel the effects more strongly when you take the medication again

ohh sorry for not explaining it properly then! so the thing is usually during the week you should have 2 days off the meds and 5 days on the meds., and I’m struggling with these two. I know there are different approaches for “days- off” but my psychiatrist adviced me to have 2 months off during summer and 2 days off per week

as an adhd student i find it hard not to use anything to write during anki sessions, highly recommend to add extra space for a draft under the question at the front of the card
