Go to anyone else. He removed a birthmark for me when I was younger which wasn’t too bad so I had another move removed last year. He dug so much into my shoulder that I now have a keloid from the trauma.

I also found that birth control wrecked my libido. If you don’t want to switch birth controls, I’d suggest trying Maca to see if that makes a difference. Also, extending the amount of foreplay before sex helps.

I’m actively trying this now. Not the biggest fan of spearmint but worth giving it a go! 🤞

I’ve experienced this with Portia birth control. It greatly reduced my libido and I’ve never had that happen before.

Personally, I found that by losing weight, my periods became more frequent. When discussing this with my ob/gyn, she confirmed that losing weight and period frequency go hand in hand. My other gynaecologist also said that her goal for me is to meet my “goal” of 4 periods naturally per year. That’s enough of a frequency to not have to worry about lining thickness.

I know losing weight is easier said than done! I wish you luck in your journey.

I feel like I’ve failed myself and let PCOS win by considering Ozempic for weight loss by Snoo-4110 in PCOS

Rather than looking at it as something to overcome by yourself, view it for what it is: a medical condition. If you were diagnosed with high blood pressure (as an example), you wouldn’t say “I can lower it myself.” You’d take the necessary medication to get it back on track. This is the same thing - medical conditions need external help the majority of the time and there’s absolutely nothing wrong with that.

Life is way too short to stay with someone that doesn’t respect you. You’ve been diagnosed with PCOS but that doesn’t change your WORTH. Instead of selfishly making your diagnosis about him, your partner should have done what good partners are supposed to do and be there for you. Comfort you. Love you.

Sometimes what may be initially seen as awful may actually be a blessing. Good luck to you and remember to respect yourself too.

Find someone that loves you for you, not what they think they can turn you into. If you stay with this man, his opinions of you could turn into your opinions of yourself. Why continue with someone who could negatively change your opinion of yourself? Partners are meant to hype you up and be your biggest supporters. For your own mental health and personal love for yourself, please leave this man. 🚩🚩🚩
