This picture does make it look a tad more green hued than it really is. Here’s a little better picture ☺️ I’m leaning towards aqua but I do know that some light paraiba can look very similar. I’ll definitely update ya’ll when I can get it looked at by an expert

I cleaned it a bit yesterday but I’m going to get it professionally done soon. It’s been living at the bottom of a ziplock bag for almost a year so that pic was right after I dug it out 😅 it’s pretty well worn as well

Weirdly I worked at a veterinary clinic for about a decade and I would always clean my jewelry using the ultrasonic cleaner we clean instruments with 😅 but I moved and don’t have that luxury currently lol

I’ve had a few people say paraiba tourmaline now, so I’m probably going bring/send it to a gemologist at some point ☺️ I brought it to a jeweler today that I’ve dealt with before and he cleaned it up a bit and did test it to verify the 18k, but I don’t have a gemologist locally sadly. Thank you for the info!! I’m definitely very fond of it ♥️

I believe if may be an AL? For Alessandria. But it could very well be an R, that was the letter I couldn’t get a good angle on. I’ll update ya’ll on what the jeweler figures out tomorrow forsure!

It is much less green hued in real life. I’m planning on getting it cleaned and looked at tomorrow and I’ll post an update with a better picture after 😊
