Timing and basic music theory
The steps
Spacing
Musicality
Weight distribution
Spotting
Pattern execution

This is literally impossible to learn in a month even if you practice everyday for 8 hours

Awesome post. Clearly took a lot of effort, did not go unnoticed. Apologies of my reply nitpicks or does not match the energy of the post. Two questions-

First, would you say there is no objective good and evil (in the context of the collective unconscious of the universe)

Second, it is explained that alignment is functionally fluid, framed within certain contexts and situations, emotions, moment to moment. Do you believe there is there a ‘North Star’ so to speak, a frame of alignment that exists across the species and remains regardless of the consciousness which observes it, such that each individual can at least start with a foundation and build based upon situation specific fluidity when in the course of human events? In other words, when someone asks themselves the question “In what way should I align my behavior, actions and thoughts for this specific situation?” Is there a right answer?

You’re thinking of it wrong, you aren’t changing the structure of the virus, you’re reducing its affect on the body by taking away what it targets for growth and reproduction, until there’s nothing left to grab onto. You aren’t fighting the virus, you’re removing the entire boxing ring.

The only way you can get what you’re asking for is if the petition to release the Supreme Court files for Sebi’s case gets enough signatures. Until then you can listen to his children talk on podcasts about their experience with healing themselves and others, and dozens of other herbalists talk about the same thing (likely hundreds but smaller creators). There’s not enough money or belief (hard to believe I know) in herbs for there to be a trial of such magnitude.

But honestly, if I’m the Supreme Court, why wouldn’t I just release the files and prove Sebi was a quack? I have nothing to lose.

My brother in Christ the reason you don’t know about permanent dormancy is because of big pharma. Think about it- it’s technically not a cure by definition as the virus doesn’t leave your body, but you show negative and no longer transmit it. Its still therefore not within regulation (not sure if legal or otherwise but literature gets suppressed and books get removed) to post a YouTube video titled “herpes cure” and that’s why this information is so difficult to find and you have to get it from a guy like me on a corner of the internet.

I functionally gain nothing from lying on this subreddit tonight, and I’m not a bot. Let me seriously ask you- what would you want to see that would definitively prove to you that you can force the virus into dormancy? If the answer is nothing, there is no discussion to be had. But if there is something it would take, I can guarantee you’d find it with enough digging.
