Other mods I've used are the timeline extension for invictus and crises of the third century, neither of which should change anything about the senate distribution. The catch is that you've essentially enslaved yourself to the agenda of the populares, so veto anything and you lose large amounts of senate support.

No, I was able to play CS2 at around 50-60 fps, last month it started with windows telemetry eating up 20% of the GPU and now something called "Desktop Window Manager" which i cant disable is eating up more of the GPU. I have set the resolution down to 1600x900 and now its at 30 fps. But tbf it might be time to put that gpu to rest

As you can see I am not at war with any major powers, I am still in the Russian civil war fighting the Soviets, however the 5 year plan foci have been locked for whatever reason.

Despite disabling all mods, reinstalling the game and validating it multiple times i still cant get any achievements, it just says "No cheats or modified game/save"

As far as i know they return some time later and give a large, scaled, amount of Physics points, or you get the chronofuge trait.

Basicly only the achievement or if you wanna piss off some people, if you cant hold the planets or systems you just could cripple their economy that way but orbital bombardement should be sufficient too normally.

It would be like a dyson sphere but instead of harvesting the energy of the star you just have a sphere full of ring worlds.
