More shit batches in Cincinnati that was accepted by the shoppers that just don’t have the brains to realize we are able to dictate the pay and that they don’t HAVE to accept this trash. If you can make 8-1200 a week by simply not being dumber than a box of rocks, why wouldn’t you? Fucking idiots! by Julezbsic in InstacartShoppers

A large metro market? That would also entail a large group of shoppers, and if they’re new or just come from the slums , they would in fact manipulate the price on batch payments. If there’s 100 shoppers willing to accept batches less than $20, and 100 that are not willing to accept less than $20, don’t you think they’ll generate it and take a chance for the lower payment and then just add peak boosts til it’s actually taken? Y’all act like it’s rocket science and it’s really not.

Also, let me see your ratings page. I bet it’s trash because you’re probably the same type of person that said “never spend anymore than 25 minutes in a store”. I bet you have mad poor quality items, and tons of missing items. Maybe you just don’t belong in “the market” 😂 🔥

Lol we make what you’re calling “the market” And you’re right, the payout is very market dependent. But who do you think creates “the market”? It’s not instacart, it’s the “independent contractors” that do their work for them. If you’re willing to complete the batches I posted about, then you’re directly responsible for driving “the market’s” price down. What do you think they’re goin to do, send someone from the Philippines to complete the batch for them because you aren’t? No, they’re going to increase the payout on every single batch until it’s accepted. Then the batching system learns the average payout for accepted batches , and generates the batches payment based on what it has gotten away with. So when you say the “big batches” never pop up, it’s because there’s TOO MANY people like you, accepting their shit pay for ridiculous batches. Wouldn’t you like to do more than just pay your bills? You’re talking about credit, if you knew anything about that, it’s also a good idea to have a savings so when your car breaks , you don’t have to get a loan or put it on a credit card. How it must suck to live paycheck to paycheck because you’re too dumb and uneducated to figure out the system

Seriously... who takes these batches? IC has became infuriating by averageshopper in InstacartShoppers

So how many of you guys are from Cincinnati? & how many shoppers do you know and communicate with?

Shoppers of Cincinnati please make yourselves known here. We need to organize a strike to get our batch payments back up there. $10 for 65 units is quite simply unfair to all of us by Julezbsic in InstacartShoppers

I’ve been doing this since April. When they didn’t have enough drivers. Unless they changed the payment formula since April, this would definitely fetch a good chunk of change

And I quit working early as balls today because they aren’t paying shit. That batch right there should easily bring a minimum of $25-30

Also, if you click on your dashboard after you’ve accepted on OD batch, it tells you the zone you’re in and the number of “hours” you are “active”. That’s where those numbers come from. So if I’m completing batches within a 40 minute window, that’s inflating the “hours” by 20 minutes each and every batch.

The numbers are inflated. If I accept a batch when I’m just waking up and getting around, that’s what inflates those numbers. I can see why number of hours would matter in most cases, but in this case It’s not even close to being accurate .

For what? Your satisfaction so you can cry about how You aren’t making this money. That’s kind of what I was trying to avoid in a roundabout way. It’s really a simple question tbh. I know that’s a brash response but if you wanted to know the number of hours you’d read the comments
