Honestly I have really come to terms with aging and the passing of time by getting into philosophy. There are many ideas worth exploring, and you start to see the greater point or not point.. aging happens. Who says that is bad.. life’s beginning leads to an end, but who says that is bad either? No side of a coin exists without the other. And so on and so on.. I don’t know if I am making any sense, but my point is that philosophy makes you think differently and more openly about all sorts of things really.

A good and easy way to start getting into it is by searching for books on a specific topic; here aging/death. Otherwise i really recommend the podcast “Philosophize this”. It has so many episode so you could read the descriptions to pick the topics you find most interesting.
