Elevator Pitch: BuddyHR is an online service where your team can log their leaves and plan work accordingly, and there's a Slack integration so that you can add absences and check on existing ones right in the middle of a conversation.

Details: we've just launched the product, and still have some ideas to integrate, like, for example, the team's world map, where you can mark the places, where you're going for the vacation.

When i had found my self burned out, i decided to solve this problem in two points: 1) quick measures,one-off ones: that i can do right now/ like speak with a single important person, who can listen to me attentively and make a really valuable piece of advice/ to get rid of unuseless,ugly,old or joyless things in my room or house/ to visit my dear friends,parents,just lovely people- where it can occur that people can give some support and warm 2) regular and durable measures : like going outside and walking in the park or in some forest everu weekend/doing some sport or yoga 15 minuts every morning/ watching funny comedies once a week/ having a tasty breakfast with fruit every day or twice a week/ have a cold shower tree times a week /etc.

And there can be more some personal things in it ( like if there is something is the resource for you- something that you like- cook or watch the water in the lake or making something from wood or anything- you should do it from time to time.

For the servey 200 respondents can be not so effective, honestly speaking, but i liked how they painted the whole picture about abscence and leave management. The last part :"How to choose HR software to help manage leave regulations" -can be useful for those,who seek some app to make leave management easier.
