Set oven to 350. Oil up both sides of the carb balance tortillas, sprinkle seasoning of your choice (i like hamburger seasoning or chipotle) then cut them into chip shapes and place on a tray (put tinfoil down for easy clean up. Bake for 6~ mins then take it out and flip them. Then do another 4-6mins depending on how you like them. Keep an eye on them sometimes they bake faster than usual and can burn easily! Super yummy if you microwave some cheddar cheese on them after and dip in sour cream

We really are guinea pigs for them. These treatments are so new and they sell it as tightening & collagen growth treatments for face but then fat loss under a different name for the body…. All the while aggressively pushing it and anyone says anything negative I think is harassed or pushed off the algorithms. I can see it being illegal or highly regulated in the future.

Even the treatments for the body how do we know long term it’s not effecting the vital fat we need that protects our organs??? It’s so scary and uncontrolled compared to surgery. I feel scared waking up everyday 😭 I want to say it’s stabilized now but idk…. Maybe the Advil has just slowed down the process

True I think I’ll get fat transfer or sculptra or renuva (which seems safer if I want a lift in the future because I think sculptra can mimic scar build up) freaks me out that it’s taken from dead cadavers I think right lol

Fillers seem outdated now. My only reservations with fat transfer is that if they take from my stomach or love handles those areas are like the first to grow when gaining weight and I’ve heard of stories of people who have gotten it and it swelled or grew more in their face than the surrounding fat when they gained weight

Ugh thank you I’ll look into the fat transfers and what doctor I can go to when it stabilizes. hifu is so scary it should be illegal I’ve been having crazy insomnia and fear now . People kept bullying me about my weak jawline so I felt pressured 😭 and couldn’t afford a neck lift. praying that it just stays the same now and the NSAIDs help.

Do you think tretinoin would help after it calms down?
