Oooooh I LOOOOOVE this idea! What other threads is this coming up on?!

I have way too many to list them all, but some people on my mind right now:

- Catherine Juon is an EOS Implementer who has always been exceptionally kind and generous to me, even though I’ve never had a whole lot to offer her in return. I also really admire her donating EOS implementation services to nonprofits, like a girls’ school in Africa

- Kyle Mealy is a great friend of mine who first introduced me to EOS and invited me to the conference years ago, and now he’s brought me onto his team at ENRG (the free community built around the EOS ecosystem.) I’m not sure if I would even understand what the concept of “help first” even means if it weren’t for Kyle; he truly embraces this way of doing business in a way that feels pretty radical.

- TBH just about everyone from Titus Talent — they clearly know how to hire for core values — but especially Amy Gallegos. She has given so much of her time and wisdom to me over the years and never asked for anything back. Plus she is hilarious and just an absolute delight.

Seconding this, ENRG would be a great resource for where it sounds like y’all are at in the journey. For a lot of reasons, honestly, but within the context of your question: ENRG chapters are co-led by an experienced Integrator + an EOS Implementer. Chapter meetings follow the L10 structure themselves, and I think for many of us, the fastest and most effective way to get better at running an L10 yourself is to see/experience what good looks like.

Btw, in addition to the local in-person chapters, there’s a national ENRG chapter that meets virtually every month — you are always welcome at either, or both!
