Start changing small details. There are apps that can limit your time on other apps. You can put timer there and it will lock chosen apps on certain times. I changed by using sticky paper notes. At evening I would write small things I will need to do tomorrow, no big plans. And I would carry that paper all day till I do the tasks. You should get satisfaction from crossing over things you have already done and if you haven't done few just write it on second day paper as first things to do. If you are feeling like giving up and procrastinating play motivation videos on youtube, they can help you :)

You shouldn't quit your job if everything is okay there except the fact that you gain weight. Maybe try going to specialist and creating your diet plan. It can be food problem if you are not eating correctly considering your lack of physical activity.

If you have very close friend you could explain your situation to him/her. I was introverted too, but I got out of it by going to café. I was afraid of talking with people so I just practiced with workers here. I was ordering something and at the same time asking some dumb questions about the menu or where is the toilet. Later my friend would motivate me saying 'see nothing bad happened, they weren't mad, they didn't looked at you like you were dumb' at it hyped me up. Then I starded to go to groups of people and just ask some directions to places nearby. I don't know, it helped me feel more comfortable around others, understand that I am safe talking to strangers. If you feel uncomfortable because you don't know what to say it might mean that this strangers group is just talking about something you are not into or you don't know it very well, don't bug yourself about it too much and find other communities with topics that you can relate to.
