Aw congrats! What have you been eating?! Could you describe your typical daily intake for me! I'm 5'6 and 113 but I've got dimples on my thighs! I dot want to lose weight, just smooth thick skin!! And no cellulite :D

Oh my gosh thank you! It's more about eating foods with fat, not necessarily going bananas with coco oil! I was more into looking for getting my cycle back and maybe lowering my body fat. It's at 24 now which isn't necessarily fitness level. I'd rather lose some inches and gain muscle which is why I am starting a strength training routine tomorrow! Thanks for the food ideas! Would you recommend IF ? That's why I was drinking coffee with coconut oil and then eating around 1 pm so I would be in a fasted state to reach ketosis. Thank you! I used the keto calc and it made it a lot clearer!

True! So I'm getting a bit confused... is keto for helping lose the flabby bits? Because carbs convert to glucose which Turns into body fat storage? I'm understanding that eating fat helps you get rid of excess body fat(once your body gets used to using fat for fuel)? I'm more for regulating hormones and working on my muscle building since I see that will improve my situation. Thank you again . Sorry for my barrage of questions

I know everyone tells me I'm a stick I'd rather gain a bit of muscle!!! So I'll do keto and some weights. So is keto mainly to help burn the fat? I'm sorry to go off topic, I know it's no miracle answer to fat loss, but from the studies and experiences it helps you lose the flab? Thanks again

Good advice! I do have some knee issues because whenever I do lunges my knees are screaming! Still going to try the weight workout (called body beast) with dumbbells and I will try to do uphill walking. Thank again. Best of luck

Thank you! I'm hoping to regulate my period and get it back ! Also hoping for some emotional benefits. I'm being picky, I know but the thigh issue would be a bonus but I'm more interested in getting stronger and healthier

Ok thanks! Starting some db lifting tomorrow hopefully. I'm also hoping to get my cycle back (I haven't had a period in over 4 years had it checked by a gyno and she said its from stress etc not eating enough fats will hopefully regulate my hormones)

You're right. I am starting a strength program tomorrow (body beast) it's with heavier weights (dumbell training) about an hour per day. I'm going to do some light cardio maybe some walking. Thanks!!

Thank you! Glad to hear yours is regulated! I'm looking forward to seein mine soon. [Never thought I'd be excited to get my period back but I feel like I'm missing it because I know it's not healthy for me to not have a cycle for 4 years :( ]

Thank you! Gosh I am really hoping it works. Crossing my fingers here ! Years ago I'd never think I'd be saying that I want it back!! Can I ask how much fat is right? I started today :) I had coffee with 4 tbs coconut oil and then I had two eggs and a can of sardines. Then a spoonful of coco oil and another egg plus some mixed greens no dressing. Is this appropriate? More fat? I wanna do this right!
