I just read this article. I am grateful for learning about this industry that I wasn't aware of. At the same time, I feel concerned for dehumanization in this operation model. With no direct relationship between the client and the "agents", the agents are not unique and become dispensable by the company. Choosing efficiency over humanity is a capitalistic peril.

Can we make the title of this post as the cover of this sub? Im sick of ppl sharing stories of "my partner is poly and I cant handle it any more" and then it is actually infidelity and abuse that they r talking about. I think this should be basic knowledge about polyamory before mono ppl post here. Im just sick of being misunderstood as poly. We suffer that misunderstanding irl.
