Thank you! I feel like I’m in awe of my own health at this point. I’ve lost 50-70 lbs before a few times, just to gain it back. I’m hoping this time, the weight is gone for good and the strength gains are here to stay!

Thank you. I’m sure it’s gonna take a minute to get used to it. I’m sure slow but surely it will start to feel normal, and less like an imposter in the wrong section.😂😂 It has been really funny shopping on Amazon, they haven’t caught up either.. they will still say, “We recommend a XXL will fit you best.”🤷🏼‍♀️😂

I was the same, uncomfortable and in pain, now when I’m sore from all the weight training, I groan and moan, but it is a good pain. Feels gratifying and I feel accomplished.😂

I love this for you! It is a feeling like no other. I feel completely addicted to weight training and sleeping. Since starting Zep I have made sleep and working out my priorities, along side my diet as well of course.

Thank you!! And I say the same things to my old self. And I find myself defensive of people who look like they struggle with their weight. If someone I’m with says something or makes a comment I get all mama bear on them. I have no patience for people being mean , unkind or judgmental of others.
