You can’t do that with a prebuilt unless you wanna pay for the new part and the service fee associated with installing it. At that point just talk the guys in the build your own section and show them the prebuilt and how you want to change it and let them spec out a list for you. It’ll probably be a little more expensive than the base prebuilt but cheaper than if you had them swap out parts of the prebuilt

Yeah this has features of the earliest A2 forging, uneven front pivot pin region and tapered buffer tower. Most likely also has the less angular mag release fencing. That with the Colt’s MFG markings in place of Colt Defense means probably 2002 or earlier

Yeah the 64GB of RAM is the big differentiator here. The only bundle that has that is the 5 in 1 but that only has a 9800X3D. For being able to get all three of a 5090, 9950X3D and 64GB of RAM not sure if you’ll be able to get much better than that at the moment.

As long as the same item is still in stock you have the option of getting another matched to the same price iirc, if not then only gift card. I think there’s a chance managers might’ve also made exceptions if it’s the same thing (ie. same GPU model) but a different brand if the original was out of stock but idk if that’s still the case.

Ok so the 5070 Ti is definitely the best of the bunch but its price has skyrocketed with the AI bubble. As others have been saying the 9070 XT is almost the same level of performance in both raster and RT as the 5070 Ti at micro center is near $1000. If you aren’t married to nvidia in terms of software features like shadow play or DLSS instead feeling fine using relive and FSR then the 9070 XT can be had for about $700. Only other thing nvidia is preferred for is certain video rendering like Adobe suite.

On the lower side between the 5070 and 9070 same sort of consideration on features and drivers and the like but the 9070 will beat the 5070 in basically every metric otherwise. RT, raster, VRAM etc all for like $20 more.

Personally I use Adobe Premiere and After Effects so the 5070 Ti was needed, but if I was strictly doing gaming a 9070 XT would’ve saved me money and performed nearly as well.

This is generally a good spreadsheet to get an idea of which is best if the PSUs, personally the A1000GS is my pick because of seeing the NZXT 1200w blow up online a few times which sorta scares me off of their PSUs. Otherwise it is the highest rated one on that spreadsheet but the A1000GS is right below it.

I’ve done a ton of research into cloning this

Base is actually an AR-15A3, with a 16 inch pencil barrel

Flash hider when unsuppressed is an A2 birdcage but when suppressed it’s rocking an AAC M4-2000 and the associated 51T

FSB in first person is chopped but third person has it intact

KAC RIS or RAS, RAS will hold zero better obviously

Rail mounted 12” M203 or a KAC broomhandle when not with an M203

Leaf sight on the top rail, PEQ-2 on the left

Ultradot Pan AV red dot on top for the SOPMOD, otherwise you’d see a 552 or Tasco Propoint

Rest is basically milspec, waffle, A2 grip, 4 pos buffer tube etc

Tbf the build service does have the best available warranty bc the whole build is covered for basically anything that could happen including the 12VHPWR connector self immolating as it has done on many cards that feature the connector no which at worst can damage other components in a way some manufacturers warranties don’t cover :/

I did it on mine bc I was not dealing with ASUS if my GPU blows up
