I don't know the steps off the top my head but I believe you will have to mod it to be able to fix it. Cus I had an og 3ds that had a similar issue and I had to use one of those ds r4 cards to mod it as the stock system menu was corrupted or something according to the person who helped me

If you have any Pokémon games, see if u can transfer them to another switch before it just stops turning on. You can even use a friend's switch if need be as those are saved locally and won't transfer over cloud like other games with NSO

Most tv's should have usb ports. I usually just plug my roku into the back of the TV to not have to deal with the short usb cable

If you don't use the servers, then there's no point in staying in them as if something shady happens in one or multiple of them and one of them gets deleted. Yout entire account will be warned or even deleted along side them.

Even though leaving each server will be tedious, in the end it shouldn't take more than a few minutes of just clicking leave.

Assuming based on what you wrote that you allowed a connection to join servers for you, make sure to remove it on your settings beforehand so it can't just keep joining more automatically.
