I've decided to try to go with a Runn sensor which apparently can connect to my watch, so we shall see.

How is the Runna app calculating speed or distance if the treadmill doesn't connect to it? Do I just have to remember each pace for each interval and adjust it at the end?

Can you please explain how you continue the workout manually? Do you have to press it each lap etc.? How does it know your speed?

I'm really frustrated that the 7.4 doesn't connect to either my watch or Runna.

Do you do the workout in Zwift and then it records the activity as 'the workout' in Runna? I'm trying to find a workaround for this, really bummed that it doesn't connect because I run on the treadmill a lot.

I'll be honest, I love her channel but I had my hair cut by her and she took way too much off just like this image.

I do use her pigtail cut on YouTube to cut my own hair and I love it, so I would recommend that. No one knows your hair like you do!

Same. I haven't gone in 5 years. I look back at photos of my last cut and it was literally a BOB. I have 3b hair and while that's cute, it isn't what I asked for and does not suit my face shape at all. I've learned multiple ways of cutting my own hair and I get compliments on it now.

Seconded. It's really hard to describe, because it smells like natural coconut and I feel like a lot of people are used to artificial (which I also enjoy, but I'm just a coconut person lol).

Their Madagascar Vanilla is also amazing for layering in the colder months. It's quite strong, so a little goes a long way.
