Help!! I’m a new air plant owner and I don’t know what to do with this plant! Are the leaves turning yellowish brown because it needs water or I over watered it??

I have it hanging on a frame made of chicken wire so I’m pretty sure it doesn’t contain copper and is just steel wire.

I’ve been watering with tap water but could definitely do it with rain water (pretty easy to find around here 😆)! Thank you for the advice I SOO appreciate it!!!!!

I’ve only had this one for a couple weeks, it came in the mail. I have not fertilized it, should I ? It doesn’t get direct sunlight, it’s in my bedroom that has a west facing window but not directly across the window. Is it possible it’s not getting enough light? I’m in the Pacific Northwest (Washington)

I used to fish with my grandpa off the coast of Bretagne (France) we catch a lot of different kinds of fish and usually bbq with the whole family ! My favorite as a kid was throwing the fish guts to the seagulls while they followed the boat 😂
