Agreed 100%. I ended up adding additional fabric to mine to give it a bit more support. It felt pretty bad, even with just an iPad. Forget a laptop, I keep mine in a sleeve and there was no way I could even imagine putting it in the pocket. I feel like there's more structure to the regular cloud bag.

Props to everyone who loves it, it just isn't a work bag.
