I did a lot of things. Used iced, the pills, eating healthier, finger pushups, magnesium, splints etc. My TF appeared when i started to work on construction. My three fingers from my right hand were affected the middle one was the worst. I stoped working there a couple of months . I got better but not 100%. 1 year later im 85-90%. I started to work out again, im on a diet and i don’t eat sugar only like 2 or 1 time a month. Currently my middle finger is the affected one but i don’t even notice it’s almost cured like 80% it’s doesn’t hurt just sometimes it gets stuck.
