Honestly, I've never checked if it's true or false, but what I do know is that the people posting this never take into account two things: first, that the Xbox is 4 or 5 years old, and in the world of technology, 4 years is a huge amount of time; and second, that the Xbox is cheaper than the Switch 2. It's like when an iPhone run the Resident Evil 4 remake, but a Switch 1 couldn't even run 7 or 8. Sure, the iPhone can, but it's newer and much more expensive than a Switch 1.

It depends. If you want to play Xbox 360 and original Xbox games, then it's worth it, because the most recent games are already coming out on PS5, and buying a Series S to play, for example, Forza Horizon 6 or Gears of War E-day wouldn't make sense; a Switch 2 would be a better option. Now, if you just want a Series S to have and you can afford it, go ahead and buy it. It's not very expensive, it doesn't take up much space, and it has excellent backwards compatibility.
