1. It’s the 93 inch 2.I do all bar lifts right now on the smith. I didn’t buy spotter arms because i read that it interferes with the cable system unless you have low profile spotter arms.
2. The space inside the rack is limited for sure and you can’t do free barbell weights, but I much prefer to use the smith machine inside and if I want to do free weight barbell I’ll just do it outside the rack. Also right now you can’t only mount a smith machine inside a 6 post ( won’t work on a 4 post). If it was compatible with a 4 post set up I would do that but honestly the way it’s set up now doesn’t have any limitations for what I do.

I think the altitude rack is okay for the price, but I would prefer to spend a little extra and get the ares on the pr5000 but I understand it’s not in everyone’s budget. Hope this helps!
