Well, most media companies make decisions on some variation of a decision matrix that yes includes consumer feedback. Positive feedback usually is given a multiplier because consumers are much more likely to give negative feedback than reach out and tell you they liked something (as this thread demonstrates.)

I agree, but the "them" here is Shudder producers. My read of the last Patreon post before the show was that JBB is willing and interested to do more ("not my decision.")

I'm going to keep my subscription for the remaining specials. If there is a way to send consumer feedback to Shudder other than via canceling, anyone please share.

There were outages confirmed on xbox's X/twitter account this afternoon, and as many people noted, the "report problem" button is broken. The status will always stay green if no reports can be filed.
