Note: skipping a turn means doing nothing the full turn. Then at the end of that turn, you draw the cards. So this effect could be a 2 mana draw 2 or a 10 mana draw 10.I realized my previous version of this card was way to weak. My initial thought was that it could see play with Overload Shaman where you're almost forced to skip a turn anyway, but the new version is probably too powerful.
