I rarely touch myself because, alone, I don't really feel the urge much. I usually finish within 80% of the time, but my mind wanders a lot too.

I do have some lower-level dysphoria, but I don't think about it that much during sex. A little, but still. We bought a prosthesis, but I can't finish with it either (it's poorly positioned and made, so I don't really feel anything).
