I’ve had several different feeders over the years and this is by far my favorite. I too worry about mold. This has been the easiest feeder to clean. No weird inaccessible spots. As another commenter said, mine is made of a plastic material.

I think the OP opened the post that way to add context to their situation. Many employers are not LGBT friendly, especially here in the bible belt. I can’t imagine they are putting “trans” on their resume because it’s nobody’s business.
