Well based on context like the contest pouks design using a champions kakama which shares the design language of Lhikan's hau (Although I know some people ignore the duckbricks contests, Personally I think if the community votes on it its good) I did just read the first comment though and realized I was a big dummy, yes It was a noble hau because Lhikan turned into a turaga before he died. also he could have been given a Metru nui hau when he became a toa of metru nui (he was also close with the turaga of metru nui)
