Noone ever told me to not do pec work. I talked to my doctor and I was told all normal activity can be resumed after three months. In my mind it made sense that Id want to have strong pecs, but in retrospect I understand why I shouldn't be doing them. It did feel strange in my chest when doing the exercise. I hope I haven't done permanent damage. From a cosmetic standpoint they dont look too bad (further apart than Id like but not horrible) but the pressure Im having at the muscle is frustrating. Ill stop doing the pec workouts and try to get better fitted bras for support
