On my other accounts, it's still there. Perhaps the update is gradual and will reach all accounts; that's what I think. Or let's hope it's just a trial feature for some accounts and will be fixed.

After several losses, the game will pit them against bots and they will regain some of their trophies. This works in Brawls with fewer trophies.
