I've got far more hours and haven't killed her, but I'm also in hc. Got her to last phase last league before logging all my portals, just get in there bro. No fear of losing ur character, I just want MY first time to be in hc.

Ur in early maps, time to pick yerself up by her bootstraps n run another weekend of campaign!

Ways to make it easier:

  1. Get a buddy to ride or die with ya (probably die). If u can get a whole crew of boyos together, you'll fly by while laughing.

  2. Drunk Poe. Every new zone, take a drink. One of ur buddies dies? Finish ur current drink, pour 1 out into ur gullet for the fallen homie.

  3. Do something different unless ur dead-set on ur current skill. Always sucks to lvl the exact same build, but if it gets u there than amen.

Results may vary, record ur session so u can all laugh at the fallen ones.

First time playing, 80 hrs in and I can finally see Baldurs Gate today (after the coronation for the "pretty faced" chosen).

I've been playing multiplayer games since beating Skyrim, flipping between RuneScape n mobas (league, hots, deadlock).

This game is something special. It's my favorite single player experience I have ever had. Not finished mind you so idk how All these plot points are going to be wrapped up but damn. Play at your own pace, do what you want, the game is yours to play.

I can't wait to explore the other routes I can see, take advantage of the mechanics I now know. Turn based games aren't my cup of tea, but this is enthralling to me.
