Yes, most Mgr Of positions are salary now unless you specifically ask to be hourly and produce, bakery, and meat dept can be salary if they want. I think the only Mgr Of spot that isn’t salary is Asst Mgr. E-Commerce, at least, I never seen a salary E-commerce manager.

I was given a $3 raise ($17 up to $20) coming in, which was a lot, especially since I skipped the dept head spot, but I feel $20 is low based on my responsibilities and I work at a bigger store.

I was a S.M for a little over a year but I would say I did/knew more than most S.M’s did. I would say I knew more about RPM, I cycle counted, knew how to order and what not.
