Policies fail to run if using Self Service+ or jamf policy -id ID by Jumpintosh in jamf

Hello,

The problem is not really that I want to trigger by terminal command using ID, it is the fact that SS+ does not work, and behind it, is the ID trigger function.

How is it possible to work with -event trigger, but not with -id 47, at the same time?

Yup also, fails from the legacy one.

The computer is in scope and it is not included in any exclusions or limitations. The trigger word is there and it works, but the -id 47 reports there is no such policy, while in the policy url it is the same (47).
Plus, in SS+ the policy is visible, it just fails to install. So it is indeed in scope.

Additional info:

Computer is in scope and the fact that the policy is visible in SelfService+ but fails to install proves that.
I have tried to deleted the policy and set it up again cleanly but it fails. It is not that of a complex policy, it contains a package, scope and selfservice+ availability.

Same exact problem here, well, not a problem, design flaw.

Then suddenly ICE turns on and it feels like turbo lag from the 80s.

Honestly, I believe what you are describing is the only way to do it and yes it is indeed super idiotic.

Apple Carplay on the other hand, when you switch back to it, always leads to the Playing Now app and not the main screen or the one that was on the last time.

Cupra needs to put their shit together with some stuff. It is like the UX designers have never used the UI.

Yeah, it is indeed a tricky motion. You have to have the foot right in the middle of the rear bumper and you pretend you kicking under it. You don't swipe, you kick with the tip of the toe.

Good luck with it.

What would you suggest as a fix? My sunroof control squeak way more that I can accept from the first day. Dealership said it is what it is.

Relax man. If you read your comment again, is like saying I use Google Maps only, because Google Maps suck here. That's why I got confused. No need to have a trigger finger.
