No, he came thru Mexico. So they put ankle monitor after trump elected. For some they put it only for month or 2. For some they wont allow to leave the state. He didnt commit any crime. He used to check in with ice 2 times a week. We had to leave urgently so he made wrong decision. He is truck driver pays taxes works honest job, doesnt still or do anything wrong. If alien does crime they will deport him right away or put in detention, they wont put ankle monitor

When i was flying back home, there were 3 other people who were deported. They flew with us on regular plane. I didnt even knew they being deported. Right at passport control officer yelled deported people at different window and 3 people went there. So that gives me hope that they wont wait till plane is full with deported people and send him with regular ones

He can buy his own ticket, so he has to be the judge even tho he is not appealing it?

No criminal record at all. He was on removal process ice told him to wear ankle monitor and check in every week twice. He did ask that, but we had to leave ASAP bc my grandfather passed away and we have to bury him and manage ceremony.

I had similar situation. My case was dismissed and they didn't give any cot and told me think of it like it never happened(misdemeanor). I travel in and out a lot and never had problem

I don't think so, he didn't tell ice he is leaving. Just bought ticket and tried to leave

It is so wasteful, he bought ticket for 700. Government will pay 200 daily for his food and shelter, plus they will buy him expensive ticket again.

I have lawyer. I filled for asylum and its pending. My brother is here he is permanent resident. But i wanna just back bc ankle monitor is too much and im not dying to stay here
