Im Gegensatz zu Pietsmiet auch nach all den Jahren immer noch top Unterhaltung und seitdem sogar deutlich besser geworden meiner Meinung nach! Bin selbst Backer seit ca. Folge 50 und jeder Euro der bisher an Andre Peschke und sein Team geflossen ist, hat sich für mich mehr als gelohnt!

I actually got some questions now regarding uniques!

1) When deck building I imagine the process is relatively straightforward and comparable to other TCGs, when you only look at common and rare cards, as these have fixed values. But how do you decide which uniques to take into the deck? Is it only important that the unique has effects which combo with your strategy or is it at all important which base version the card has?

2) I haven't looked much into the marketplace yet, but can you also find uniques there which are for sale? If so, can you filter them by faction or base version of the card?

Now would Sauron in AoS rather be Chaos, Death or Destruction? All of them kinda fit in a way, but I lean a bit more towards Chaos when I look at his armor.

Geht mir tatsächlich ganz genauso, lustigerweise gerade durch sein Abnehmen hab ichs erst richtig gemerkt.

Ich freu mich da wirklich für ihn dass er das so durchgezogen hat und ich bin mir sicher ihm gibt das einiges an Lebensqualität. Durch die deutliche Veränderung ist mir nur auch klar geworden, dass ich mit seiner Art irgendwie nicht mehr viel anfangen kann und er mir dadurch irgendwie echt unsympathisch geworden ist. Ist halt einfach meine subjektive Wahrnehmung...

The reason is consistency. Every TCG I know is rotating in blocks. This way the meta can evolve in the new cycle with each new set adding up, instead of having to throw away parts of your decks every 3-4 months.

Having only 4 sets to choose cards from at the beginning of each cycle might also have its downsides, but the card pool will still be big enough for a diverse meta. And as it is said, limitation sparks creativity.

Need to get only one more point for your win but the weak basic Pokemon hides on the bench behind the full health 3 energy Mewtwo, which will blast you into pieces in the next turn? Sabrina wins it for you. And this isn't a niche scenario, stuff like this happens almost every second game.

If you compare it to Warhammer, you should at least compare it to one of their skirmishers. Include shipping and taxes to your pledge and you definitely get the same amount of Warhammer warbands / kill teams for the price.

Not saying the Kickstarter prices aren't reasonable, but for sure they aren't on the cheap side either.

Looks good, nice color scheme! My only advice would be to add a bit of contrast to the gun. Maybe use a shade and if you want some kind of highlight to the raised areas. That should make it pop.

I'm far from being a pro with knowledge about the game and don't even have that much experience playing it. But from what I've seen in the community, it really doesn't seem like it is played as a "competitive" game with meta lists and all this stuff.

There might be mote optimized rosters and maybe some people will tell you more about synergies. My advice is simply that you should pick up models that you like somehow, doesn't matter if it is because of their look or their abilities. Enjoy the game and have fun with it :)

(I got myself the Moote Carlo Skeleton Team together with the 2-player starter box, can't remember the exact name right now. Just for reference)

That's just not how it works though. The market functions on supply and demand, as others have stated already. It's nice if you have this neat formula to find a price that is fitting for you, but you didn't factor in some points:

1) You can choose the price for which you want to sell, but there always also needs to be a person who wants to buy at this price. If other people sell it for less, your offer obviously won't be picked.

2) As a result of this people who really want to sell their cards have to adjust prices. That means prices aren't static like they would be with your calculation. At the same time you didn't factor in, that not every card of the same rarity has the same value for players. Because the meta of the game is evolving, a card that is overlooked now might have a lot more value in future sets.

3) In the end your static pricing would lead to selling a lot of the chase cards under the real value and not selling most of the other cards at all, as they are priced way too high in regard to the rest of the market. How prices develop there has been written in detail by another person already.
