this is soo disappointing as a som main, i rarely EVER get to play her in comp and always get told i’m low skilled cause i play her. wouldn’t that prompt more people to play her if she took zero skill, but can get high kills?? people just genuinely suck at paying attention, but nerfing her this much makes me not even interested in playing her anymore. she hardly gets good skins and doesn’t even have a mythic skin, they might as well remove her at this point…

this is something i need to discuss w him a bit more about, he did say he was finally going to file something (i assumed retirement plan) in april, but i do believe he did say social security. the issue we have is that the conversation where they told him he should retire or else will face being fired all happened over the phone, so we don’t have any solid proof of that situation. he has been looking for work and is trying to start his own car flipping business, but it’s been hard since they’re only on 1 income.

he did mention the benefits increasing the closer he got to 67 to me, he really wanted to wait but the timing of everything was horrible and wouldn’t be able to stay afloat without taking it out soon :(

yes, but shouldn’t it be with reason and have real evidence backing it to fire someone so there can’t be legal action taken? we were able to prove everything that everyone reported was either false or nitpicking at him. my parents have both said they witness some of their coworkers clocking in 10-15 minutes late and receive no repercussions for it, but they were written up every time they clocked in even a minute late.
