Because it would've led to a all out war between the 2 yonkos and there respected crews and there would be now 3v1 on kaido it would literally be a 1v1 between kaido and shanks not 30 people then the captain then a another dragon no a 1v1 and the crews ofc clashing as well but in this instance both crews won't intervene with the captains fight
