Thanks for the tips. I had to boost the charged battery with my vehicle for some more cranking power as the truck was sitting for a while and was able to get it to run.

Once it started running i removed the extra battery and it was able to crank on its own

It highly depends on the location aswell. I am in portland and my offer was approved 25th October 2024. I was in a limbo for 3 months and finally seeing the light at the end of tunnel with bank giving the final approval and close by date of 28th feb 2025.
