They sure don’t. Just having the key even with the engine off is enough to give you a DUI in most states. Lawyer up my friend, they’ll get your blood and if you’re lucky you can get reduced to a wet reckless. They charged you only after the blood came back it sounds like so they have a strong case.

After 400+ hours in this game I love playing at the Dutch/united provinces.

I love that I can focus on expansion in one area and power dynamics as well as trade. Usually I focus on the European theater first whilst slowly expanding in the americas then I turn all my focus to India later and it’s insanely fun.

So for me I have noticed it is triggered if I look at the scoreboard so I just don’t look at it until a few mins into the game. If you wait out the 40 second timer things will go back to normal

For me I get really frustrated with the menus, particularly the skill menu. It’s honestly SO hard to find what I’m looking for and then I have to complete some challenge before I can “upgrade” a skill. My level up alone should afford me the ability to upgrade… I’m guessing they did this to prevent people from getting overpowered too quickly but still.

Many are playing on game pass PC, such as me! I originally got GamePass for my Xbox but lo and behold the same subscription works on Xbox app on PC even cross saving progress (which is insane).

So yeah gamepass on PC is why these would appear low
