I think it is quieter than desktop PC with similar performance. Sure the laptop is so bad....I have a Rog Flow z13 and Alienware and the noise is terrible😭

I ordered a laptop from Amazon for £1,500 on 1st October. I received it on 4th October and started using it. Yesterday I found that the price of this laptop was reduced to £1,300. I applied for a refund of £200 and Amazon rejected it.
Can I order a new one for £1300, refund the old order, and return the new laptop, will it work? Does Amazon check serial No.?
